Research Question

1. I am considering the effects that yoga has on mental and physical health.
2. I am interested in this because in the past three years I have become very close with my boyfriend's mom and family. They opened my mind to new perceptions and his mom and aunt own a yoga studio. Even though his mom is a nurse, she believes in holistic medicine, and so do I.
3. Yoga has a healing property that virtually no other physical activity does to both mental and physical health. Yoga is not harsh on joints and relieves stress and anxiety. A women in her 80's could not walk anymore due to her back and multiple doctors said that she never would be able to again, but she started yoga and within a month she was moving and walking on her own.
4. Holistic medicine is frowned upon by most traditional doctors, this is due to the government and how they have drilled into brains that it is all phony. But I believe that preventative medicine is the best kind.
5. I have the ability to interview many people in zach's family and it will not take up any major time.
6. Subtopics are things like how most yogi's are vegan, their ideas/morals, as well as the way they perceive life.
7. What types of diets are the best for your blood type? What type of diet will let you live longer? What type of exercise is proven to have the most benefits? What benefits does meditation offer?
