Topic:
Companies growing too quickly for their own good: Why Tesla may be losing it’s charge
- I am interested in writing about companies growing too quickly for them to handle.
- I am truly interested in this topic because I plan on starting my own company in the future and I think this is important for me to research so I can be better prepared in case this happens to me. I also have money invested in Tesla stocks to I want to figure out if I should keep my money there or get out.
- What are the main factors that seem to be taking Tesla down? What are they doing right? What have companies in the same position done to survive?
- Reasonable people do disagree about the topic. People who disagree are investors, journalists, Tesla owners, and members of the company.
- The topic is researchable in the time I have.
- Some subtopics are what companies have to to survive this or fail because of this.
- I might research what happens in the opposing situation where your company is growing too slowly to survive.
- Key terms that keep coming up are overcoming barriers to entry in an established industry, poor management, customer complaints, planning, exceed ability, and negative company culture.
