Subversion and Redemption - Danielle OBrien

I was confused with subversion at first, but this article helped me to understand what exactly it is. I found it interesting how the author got creative and used an approach on a kids book that no one had seen before. A book that was meant for children was made in to a funny, profound book from the parent's perspective that most adults can relate to. For my subversion project, I plan on taking my serious topic and making it funny through memes. This way it will still be informative, just in a funnier, more light hearted way.
